Haha, forgot how long it takes to actually get in 15 miles on the bike! So it should take me about an hour a day and then I still have some yoga and the yoga that I liked to do on cox fit tv is no longer there. I have one on netflix that is really good and I will have to do that. Only problem with that one is it is 40 min long and with the hr biking it is going to be hard to get in everyday. No excuses though I have to do it! I really want to get this one yoga dvd that is an hour and I read it is a really good work out and I also need to get the am and pm 20 min workouts for those days I don't feel like working out as much. Well I have 25 min and about 4 miles down on my bike so there is plenty more to do so I guess I had better get to it. Have a great day everyone.

My bike only records km and kph. I don't know why that is, for bikes sold in the US

That is a pretty good time! You sound like you have a lot of variety to keep you interested, and your body confused. That is a lot of working out (the 1 hr and 40 min days)
Hope you had a great evening.

Thanks Jenn. I'm trying to jumpstart the next phase but I don't feel like I'm winning.
