mulai diet lagi..gara2 badan sakit semua..kaki di pake jalan sakit juga.. badan gampang capek.. ternyata pas cek.. kolesterol 255.. ya Allah pantesan...ya udah mau Ndak mau diet lagi.. harus bisa normalin kolesterol lagi..
