I found that a lot of the time i was just standing and i simply started walking bavk and forth or around the house instead of just standing or sitting and it adds up real quickly. Plus i have a 4 year old and she keeps me constantly moving as well.

That's a lot of steps. I've hit like 24k but I have never tracked steps around the house. I wonder how many I do.

Thanks for answering, what you say makes sense, one of my goals is to spend more time standing up, because when I'm standing up I also move more, currently I change the PC chair to spend time sitting and lying on the floor, changing the posture and doing some stretching, and it's much better than the chair, but I'm going to balance it with spending more time standing, I have a 7-year-old daughter and it also keeps me active :)

You should download a pedometer app . Free and counts it for you. Becomes addictive as each day i try to beat the previous days amount.

Hello, I do have the one from Google that counts the steps, and you're right, I always try to reach 10k steps a day, that's good, wanting to exceed the mark, I want to buy a watch that tracks the steps, the mobile doesn't always do it I have with me
