I am not gonna lie: I was seriously naughty over the weekend. Long weekend, tempting snacks and houseguests and beer and... well, yeah. Hopping right back on the horse this morning with a 4 mile run and Stroller Strides, and making sure the junk food is OUT of the house, one way or the other. Hoping that if I really apply myself, I won't see my misbehavior on the scale on Thursday morning.
