Ok I am back - three weeks of Tassie and 2 weeks of overseas visitors and so excited to get back into my routine and get under 80kg as the next target. Sadly the knee has been acting up badly since the 7 week mark so not sure what the surgeon will decide when I see him at the end of the month.

Thanks Liz! So disappointing, I see the surgeon in a month - physio told me to take it easy to try reduce the swelling. Have my stepdaughters wedding on 30 April, so going to have to get this next 12 kgs off without the exercise! Food not too bad over the breaks more wine/champers and the odd dessert so not too unhappy with the increase
