I have been well under my calories. not eating what I'm not supposed to and I've been burning well over a thousand calories a day and all my exercising and I'm still up 2 lb. Don't know what's up but I'm going to keep going through it.

Maybe you need to eat a few more calories. I find that my own balance of calories in must be enough so that my metabolism doesn’t go into storage mode (the body preserves itself when too few calories are eaten). Then again, I am a 52 year old female and my situation may not be the same as yours.
I wish you good luck finding your sweet spot of caloric intake vs expenditure.
