I was just thinking today....I have lost weight (only to gain it back) so many times that I now have milestone weight goals. Like at 234 lbs I know this pair of Capri's I love and some of my t shirts will fit me. At 217 lbs I stopped losing weight and started gaining again. I'm sure give or take a few pounds on all that, but those are the numbers stuck in my head. Focusing on those numbers is actually easier for me to do than looking at the whole picture, because that is just to overwhelming for me.

I focus on the numbers. Get told I weigh myself way to much. But, it helps me to push and keeps me focused on what I am doing. It is a journey for sure. We have our ups and downs. I think one moment..wow I lost a few pounds and weigh the next day and I am up. I am taking each day as a new day and pushing forward. You can do this! Look where you were and keep your eye on where you want to be. Don't look back! You have already come along way! You got this!
