Up some, I've been doing calisthenics until yesterday, when I did weightlifting yesterday morning. I've been getting stronger, but today I seen some better definition in my neck and shoulders, and definitely more solid in my arms. So I'm not too worried. Will keep an eye on the fat, and try to improve my protein intake. Supplements may be in order.
