for those who have the new atkins for a new you book, I just made the coleslaw recipe and its absolutely amazing..Anyone who wants it, post here. It a nice change from most low carb coleslaws where you have to add splenda.. there is none in this recipe. went great with my fish and have enough for lunch tomorrow..

BABY,I used a bag of doles cabbage/coleslaw mix and for the dressing the book calls for 3/4 cp mayo, 1/4 sour cream, 2 tblsp cider vinegar, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp caraway seeds . salt and pepper to taste, I used about 1/2 tsp and 1/4 tsp respectively and I omitted caraway just bc i didn't have any and it was still AH-MAZING
