Hit my 2022 goal of 1700 Miles today. Decided to make mile 1700 count with a new 1 mile PR of 5:53.

Coming off a 10 miler yesterday gives me hope there may be some room for PR improvement in 2023.

Creeping closer to that 50+ year old age group 😏
