Last night I got some really bad news (at four in the morning) and promptly high tailed it over to waffle house for a chocolate chip waffle. I felt so much better, but so much worse. How can food be both comforting and so much more stressful in a situation like this? I'm just glad I did't eat 5 chocolate chip waffles like I had originally planned. So...
