My ongoing struggle is still going on. Not to be sad about it, I continue to try and find ways to overcome this. It is I think too much time on my hands. If only I had friends close by, maybe we could join an exercise group or something. As it is, I would have to drive 50 miles one way to do this. This area is not conducive to a walking path. I think I will try walking up and down my hall. Well, why not?
