grandsons just left and I was picking up some toys etc...and I found a bowl of popcorn half eaten. I was carrying it to the kitchen to throw away and I thought "just one piece just one piece just one piece". it's the really good kind with the white cheddar. I was actually reaching in to get just one little piece and instead I threw it away. I have not had any real cravings since going low carb so this kinda hit me out of the blue. I'm glad I was able to resist but was a little too close for comfort. I'm not even hungry, why does my thinking have to be so.....irritating!?!?
