Mike in NC's Journal, 28 Nov 22

I have been reverse dieting for 3 1/2 months now and am up to 2,500 calories per day on average from 2,000 at the end of this round. My weight has remained steady so far but I want to add a few pounds over the next several months. My exercise routine is designed to add lean muscle. From what I have read, adding 2 to 3 pounds of muscle per year is max for someone that has consistently weight trained over the years. This is a marathon and not a sprint for me.
