Today starts a new day whereby I am going to not just try but actually stick with a lifestyle that consistently gives results. My weigh-in timeline is practically a straight line for the past however many years and that needs to change. Why a month before Xmas? I can't let special events, trying times or any other excuses to stop me anymore. Living in Canada, it starts with Thanksgiving in October, then those special sized Halloween treats in the store followed by my birthday which has me getting nowhere fast. The greatest gift I can give myself into the New Year is a healthier me!
