Old habits die hard.
My dearest friend moved out of state this weekend, and I am having a really hard time not eating my feelings on this one. I went running on Saturday morning, and planned to go to yoga yesterday, but was hit by killer cramps the kept me on the couch. Today the kids slept late, and kept me from going to Stroller Strides, and I am just in a dreadful mood. I keep finding myself craving sweets and junk, and am reminding myself every time that they WILL NOT HELP.
Tomorrow morning, Stroller Strides. Holding out on a trip to the frozen yogurt bar until Friday (our usual froyo day). And taking lots of deep breaths, and drinking lots of water.
But it is hard, and it sucks. :(
