You have to be in caloric deficit, everyone is different so just search for a caloric calculator online, fill in your details and it will tell you. It’s not as low a number as you’d think, go out of your way to get 8,000 steps a day, continue with weights and you’ll see the number on the scale go down
Unfortunately belly fat is the last to go, so every other part of you will see quite a drop in body fat before it goes from your belly, but just keep going. Consistency over time is the key point for weight loss. You can do it!!!
