Wow I was extremely close to a major binge today at work but managed to avoid it - and I have no idea how. I started and then stopped! Before it was too late! MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!! I mean I still consumed foods/quantities I didn't plan to consume but it could have been so much worse :-)
