Way too many carbs today but at least I still didn't go over calories (YET). I am craving sweets and I bought some carb smart ice cream. That will probably take me over my calories, but not too much. I have been doing pretty well considering how much stress I have been under. My much beloved van has broken down and I can't afford to fix it, can't afford another car, and lots of other stressors right now. My right shoulder hurts all the time and now my left wrist too and I have frequent pain in the back of my neck and all that gets worse when I am stressed. I used to always turn to food. I still do, but at least now I make it something reasonable like low carb ice cream instead of mindlessly stuffing my mouth with cookies or candy! I weighed 169 this morning. Yay back to the 160's! Feeling good about that.
