I'm starting to feel a sense of success! I've been working really hard. The hardest time I have is night time when I would normally have snacks or treats. I have not allowed this to happen except for my designated treat day. I am actually starting to feel healthier already. I was at my orthopedic surgeon the other day and he sent me for physiotherapy for my hip as I'm looking at a replacement down the road. so now not just my regular exercises I've been doing. I now have stretching to do which I have embraced with the same amount of motivation. The only difference is here. I have to do these stretches probably for the rest of my life everyday. I'm determined I'm not having hip replacement surgery. I know there are other things that will come into play that may not allow me that kind of choice. but while I still have a choice, this is what I intend to do. I think all of you who have been sending me your clicks of support. it really means a lot to me. I hope you all have a great week!
