One of these mornings I hope to be able to read through some others people's jounals.
However this morning is not one of them.
I did okay diet wise yesterday which was good.
Today I hope to do the same

Grateful for
Free medical care because my roomate had an accident last night and was hospitalized
Family
Friends
My job
Sunshine
And of course fat secret and all the supportive people

May everyone see one beautiful thing today
