Oh dear tomorrow is not only Monday, but also a dreaded weigh in day. Really and truly not looking forward to the scale! However after spending time with my best friend yesterday and seeing the changes he has done I've got some motivation to change this body of mine.
So ya it was rough weekend, but it was a not complete failure. I did complete my PNB challenge and had a serving today with an amazing effect. It did not taste the same as it did before. So weird!
When I record my journal tomorrow morning I will have a list of things that will be completed this week.

For now I wish everyone a good night or day!

Grateful for

My family especially my mom reaching the half way point in her cancer treatments.
My best friend
My NHL team winning Saturday night
My job and weekly paycheck
new days
New challenges and the strength to face them
