Suhu dan tmn2 aku mau tanya dongmsh bingung nih ...TDEE aku kan 1500 sekian nah apakah dr 1500 itu harus di cut 200 pg atau cukup segini aja ya? soalnya waktu aku cut 200 jd 1300 itu bb malah gk tirun tp wktu 1500 kal malah turun. mohon penjelasanny. thx:)
