I guess my lifestyle change has kept me from bouncing back up when I am not focused on my diet.

I am staying steady but now I'm ready to be more focused again. Let's see if I can break through down to 134. I haven't been that weight in years...
61.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
