well friends. I was bad at lunch. I let it get the best of me. ive not been eating enough calories. so.. I went to dq and had a burger and ice cream. it has bee so long. ive met my rdi now so if I get hungry tonight it will be cucumbers lettuce or celery. lol. or just lots of water. maybe the cheat will get me out of the stall or maybe it will thro be back a bit, maybe ill still be in a stall. who knows. but dang it was good. Gave a great St Patrick's Day.
