Disappointing weigh-in at 1.5Kg heavier than I was on Saturday and 0.6 heavier than my last weigh-in. Still battling infection and inflammation but supposed to be losing weight and improving blood sugar, ready for a big operation next month. I’ll do another weigh-in mid-week as I think this one is a bit off. And back to recording my food to keep me accountable. The sun’s shining here. It will be a good week.
