BLAHHHHH I messed up. Badly. Went and got trashed monday night (1,000s of calories I'm sure), then shovelled food down my throat all day yesterday because I felt so so hungover. Now I'm feeling guilty as sin about it all. And depressed.

You can't change what you have done, so take something positive out of it. Work a little bit harder this week during your workouts and try to eat better. We all fall off our diets sometimes, it really is about moving on and staying with it!
