I love my mom in laws cooking, but man - oh man if I am right on the estimations here these are some high freakin' cal meals! Luckily I kept calories low today and did get in a 4.5 mile walk after work. Worth it though. Good eats after a tough Monday at work. Did not feel like walking, which is rare, but I did anyway, and at a nice clip. No running today though. Still good on the RDI, well under.

I totally understand when moms cook the calories seem to go out the window. Great you walked and still was low in anticipation of the higher calorie intake. Good work.
