Hey everyone. I'm back. I've been relatively ok with my eating. I'm not starving to death or anything, but I plateued at around 122 before slowly falling back to 115. 115 is a modestly healthy weight for me, but I recently started a physically demanding job and I'm afraid of slipping into unhealthy territory again. So, back to tracking! Hope you're all well.
