ok, so...I went bathing suit shopping yesterday. Well if that wasn't enough to get me out of my eating binge, I don't know what was. If there were a trash can in the dressing room, I would have thrown up. If I could only put my mind to this. I see how well my buddies do when they stay on track, so that itself is incentive. I'm hoping for one good week under my belt, then take it from there!! Here's to a successful week!
