I love my shakes too. Need your opinion...want to get a mini shake maker for work. Thinking of the bullet shaped $25 ones. Should I spend the extra on the nutri bullet, which I thought may be an offshoot of your more expensive one. Do you think its worth the extra cost? I dont want junk, but my Ninja isnt that bad. Just curious. And my weight came back down a bit after reeling myself in from disaster! Yay 😃

Glen you have to try one of mine. They're delicious! Do you have a good protein powder that you like?
and Kristin, after using my Vitamix for three months now I'd have paid even more than my $258 bucks for it! It completely pulverizes the kale. So I have no idea, you'll maybe buy three of the cheaper version before my 5 year warrantee runs out. See if you can get a refurbished Vitamix for 258 on Amazon. It's worth it. I'll have one forever.

Glen, the recipe I adore is... a banana, an apple, a couple of T. of yogurt (plain), a cup of unsweetened cashew milk (Silk, in the refridgerator section), a serving of NO Sugar protein powder, (I use Rainbow Light chocolate protein energizer, which is sweetened with Stevia, which is the only really acceptable sweetener any of us should be using so if you have a plain protein powder use a T of Stevia in the Raw), a dash of vanilla, a tsp. of coconut oil, a T of chia seed and 2 good handfuls of fresh kale or spinach or both. I have them growing fresh in my greenhouse so I'm particularly spoiled. And Glen, this makes 2 big shakes so you can take one to work with you if you want. Happy yumminess!!

one more thing, a big spoon of peanut butter, extra calories but well worth it if you can afford them! Go Glen!
