YES! I weighed in at 170.2 after my morning coffe....(hey its over 8 oz in hat dang mug) and minus that I may have had my first CLEAN 170 weigh in. I am stoked about that. We will see what tomorrow brings. A little bummed today though as I am chained to the office...cant get away for my walk / run. Maybe tonight. Damn career keeps getting in the way of my personal life!

Thanks ladies! Yes, I have a nice weight set in our spare room. Im just having trouble motivating to get up early to do the deal! I feel GREAT when I do though, and morning is my best option. I do manage to walk, and now run, just about every day at work, and that is helping a ton!
