Yesterday was a great day. I completed an hour on the treadmill and 10 minutes with upper body weights and 10 minutes working upper body without weights.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
