They say muscle weighs more than fat.

Much less cardio, and more weight training as exercise over the last two weeks. Mostly staying on track calorie-wise.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
