I've had a BPC & a pint of water & I'm glad to say I'm not overcome with hunger this morning. I haven't worked out the macros for my ham casserole yet, I'll get on that today. (tick tock...) That's not going to be practical, sadly. Next time I'll weigh stuff out as I go. It might be worth noting I'm using up the last of my canned veggies, toms, ratatouilles etc. It might make a visible difference when I switch over to using all fresh veggies. Bar mushrooms, I've got a ton of mushrooms preserved in some kind of liquid. I think they're ok though. Anyway, it's early days yet.
