First official YOLO day since starting FatSecret. YOLO days are basically I don't have to work out and I can eat whatever I want, but at least still be mindful of portions/how much. I don't like to call them "cheat days", because I'm not cheating, I'm just relaxing.

Today was good day to do it, too. I feel pretty sick, and overly tired, so a good rest day is just what I need. I've been craving sweets the last few days, so allotting myself 1-2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips has been working out pretty well. Satisfies the sweet cravings without being that detrimental to my diet as a whole.

I'm hoping to break into the 130's before the first half of March is over, my next weigh in day is Monday, so we'll see how it goes. Wish me luck, everyone!
