I am feeling a bit hungry today. I usually dont, only once in awhile, maybe I am burning more than I am eating. I will have to make some good choices and find something to eat.
So I am still at 159 and totally cool with that. I have decided as my biggest hugest I did it its all gone reward, I will be SKYDIVING!! My husband and I are going to do a tandem jump. I can not wait. I am very excited. It is really expensive so I am going to have to save up so it will be awhile before we do it. I am also going to get the video and pics from it so that will be at least a hundred more.
I wanted so very much to lose weight so I could have the choice to horse back ride and skydive. Now I have that choice. I choose yes!!! :) I am so excited that I have the opportunity to finally LIVE my life. I mean really live it, live it how I wanted to do when I was younger. I am healthy and happy and ready to explore. I am starting to travel again.
I feel normal. I cant tell you how important that was for me. I grew up in a crazy awful situation. I was bounced around everywhere. I was abused. Then I got married to a wonderful man and got fat. That was it. I wanted to be normal my whole life. I wanted my family to be normal. I am very big on the normal thing. Now I feel more and more normal. Its weird though, I pride myself on being unique and different yet I talk about being normal. I guess I mean normal in a different way than just normal. Maybe the word should be healthy or non dysfunctional, lol.
I feel like I can go out in a crowd and not be pointed at or laughed at. I feel really good, outwardly and inwardly. I am also very proud of myself and happy for my family. They can have a "normal" mom and wife.
