Today is windy, rainy, and cold. The perfect day to ruin a healthy eating plan. Not gonna happen. Staying busy with inside work. Paying bills or as I like to put it, setting things in order, and doing crafts. Reading and praying both good feel things to me. Going over in my mind the wonderful things about life. I try to do that every day. Try it, it works. Chin up and a clear mind.
