stayed the same from my xmas weight gain.... its time to get back ontpo the horse, 2 months have gone now, i dont want to waste anytime anymore.....warmer weather in 4 mths to come.... i want to lose 20 lbs...
84.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
