Aku cuma jalan kaki aja 60 menit setiap hari dan dibantu plank 30 detik (2 set). Untuk awal-awal jangan terlalu di forsir, yg penting konsisten aja. Dulu waktu aku baru mulai, aku cuma jalan kaki aja. Nah setelah 3 bulan ini baru aku tambahin olahraga cardio seperti plank, jumping jack, DLL.
