Been really hard this last couple of weeks. All exercise has come to a halt as my sciatica has come back. Lost weight but I put this down to eating less too due to the pain, in a bit of a pickle at the moment. 😵💫😖😵

....any back ache is awful and limits you so all you want to do is eat lol...I've been given stretches and advised to touch my toes...cant believe it as when I lean forward the pain hits...rest and move and rest and move...get a voucher volunteer to massage ...I try but hubby gets distracted by the European Games lol...anyhow take care of your back

Thanks love, I have been given advise off of my doctor on stretches to do. Also been given certain medication for it that do help a little. I just gotta go with the flow, good days bad days. Thank you all again for concern and support. Keep going everyone! 🔥👏🏻💪🏻👍🏻
