Night one in Brisbane complete and didn’t go as well as hoped 🤦‍♀️. Didn’t eat on the plane and had a coffee and water all day. Went to friends for dinner and the choices were not great so I moved food around the plate and ate a little protein. So when we got
back to the accommodation was starving and had a piece of sourdough toast (bought for hubby’s breakfast) and 100ml of wine. Felt guilty - well within my calories and poor choices given I have been avoiding bread and wine. Good thing is all the evening meals from here on in are at restaurants so I have choices to choose from
