I still have all the foods I always have but about a third of the portion size. Don't cut it all out. Just minimize the portion

Thank you for the advice, it's really helped. I had some pork the other night and had a small sirloin cut and it definitely helped with the cravings for other foods. I think once I have been to the hospital then I can really grasp what not and what to eat. Hope you and you're family are doing well =)

I appreciate that =) I'm trying a mini experiment at the moment of not counting calories anymore. It's alienating me from everyone else and with my stress levels at the moment I cannot afford to add anything else to it.

Just be mindful of what you drink, Condiments and portions and you should do fine. I haven't counted calories in a year and a half and It can work. Also make sure you get proper sleep as it is vital

I have trouble sleeping at the moment and are on a mini experiment to stop counting calories. Instead of going overboard on my cravings i usually have a smaller portion of the food i want and then drink a mug of green or black tea to help keep me full
