I got up today and felt good so i prepped some foods for the week. Fried up a whole pack of bacon, made my vegetable hash, cut and bagged some vegetables like celery and broccoli for quick dipping since i have an amazing ranch dressing we made. I feel great bc breakfast is the hardest meal for me to get made and being set for the week like this means success in my book. Today breakfast was good, Canadian bacon topped with cauliflower mashed potato topped with cheese and chives and 1/4 cup of blueberries. Tonite imma try a brown butter sauce for my chicken straight outta the Atkins book. Goal for the week... drink more water..any one with ideas or pointers.. i want to get up to 60 oz a day and right now im at maybe 24-32 on a good day.Cheers to everyone and hope everyone has a great day and great week. !!
