So I had a good day. Lifted weights for the first time in months. It felt good. Also got 2.90 miles on treadmill. I hope to start road work on the first of April. Have to wait for all of the snow to melt. I also finally hope to start martial arts in a few weeks. Also want to start to stretch. I hope to start climbing at an indoor gym in the summer.
