I have maintained my constant caloric intake. We are having hot humid weather and my hydration level and salt consumption have been all over the place resulting in large daily swings in weight. My clothes were soaked through doing yard work yesterday. Daily walks are sweating events. Lookin forward to the end of this almost tropical weather.
