From 85.1kg to 82.8kg, a drop of 2.3kg or 5lb in six days makes me happy. I like the Lillie Ross Souper Diet for a quick start. Now back to my slower but permanent weight loss eating plan.

Well done, that is so encouraging for you. I seem to have stalled at the moment, so am looking at the Lillie Ross now, to see if I think I can manage it. Not sure about the cabbage - years of being forced to eat it as a child have given me a lifelong aversion to it.

This time I used the (new) blender and threw in the ingredients mostly in proportion to make cold soup/drinks as I wanted them instead of filling our tiny fridge with cooked soup. I swapped cabbage for cucumber sometimes so you should be able to swap any bulky low-calorie fibre green in a blender but cabbage retains most of its bulky integrity in a soup.
