Jarur bhai .... Diet plan meri bahut hi flexible h bs main yeh rkhta hun dimag me ki calorie deficit honi chaiye, ●no oily or fried items,●no outside food,●use less oil.●try to avoid simple carbohydrates food. And u are good to go eat everything with calorie deficit.

Calorie deficit will make u lose fat from ur overall body.. Spot reduction is not posible but yes u will lose fat ,be patient and continue with it.
