Salmon fried rice with a fair amount of sweet soy sauce cooked by lovely husband.

salmon (191g), olive oil (1tsps), white rice (150g) and soy sauce (1tbsp) Put half the olive oil in the pan with salmon on a low heat for 1 minute, then flip the salmon for another 1 minute, then smash it for small pieces while you’re flipping and moving it around for 30 seconds. The add the cooked white rice with the other half of the olive oil and mix them together. Then raise the heat to medium and keep mixing till you think it’s almost enough. Then add the soy sauce and mix again, then raise the heat to high while you’re mixing for a minute or so. And enjoy 😁
