@fitrdwi aku jg tdinya susah bgt kak krna makin terbiasa aja coba kurangin porsi mkn bertahap akhirnya bisa tanpa mkn mlm.. Inget bertahap ya jgn langsung smpe ga mkn nanti mlh jd lemes dan perut sakit
